Holly
Holly has lived in Japan off and on since 2006 and has lived gluten-free in Spain, Tanzania, Colombia, and Mexico—Japan has been the most challenging of those countries. She is a university teacher whose hobbies include yoga, composing songs on retro toy synthesizers, and seeking the best tacos Tokyo can provide.

Alex started living in Japan in 2009 and has spent most of her time in the Tokyo area. Her gluten-free life began when she started having reactions to gluten after becoming pregnant in 2017. She is a licensed Social Studies teacher who loves collecting maps, eating Thai food, traveling and watching sports.
